Abstract

Human-robot interaction (HRI) has become increasingly prevalent in various domains, raising important social and ethical considerations. This paper examines the complexities of designing robots that interact with users in socially acceptable ways. We delve into the ethical frameworks guiding HRI design, exploring issues such as privacy, trust, and autonomy. Additionally, we analyze the impact of robot behavior on human emotions and societal norms. By understanding these factors, we can develop guidelines for creating robots that enhance human well-being and promote harmonious human-robot relationships.
